Days of Festival

Festival in the Park at Carrie Blake Park is the heart of the Lavender Festival, featuring artisan vendors, food court, the LavenderStock live music stage, workshop tent, beer garden, and more. Vendors are juried to ensure a high-quality experience for visitors.

  • Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Artisan Vendors

Handcrafted goods, art, jewelry, clothing, lavender products, home goods, and more. Artisan applications are juried through ZAPP (zapplication.org).

Important Dates & Deadlines

  • Vendor applications open: Check ZAPP for artisan deadlines
  • Application deadline: February 28, 2026
  • Load-In day: Thursday, July 16, 2026 (by assigned time slots)
  • Festival: Friday–Sunday, July 17–19, 2026

Vendor Rules & Guidelines

Please review these guidelines before applying

🎪 Booth Requirements

  • Booths must be fire-proof with tags (Fire Marshal inspection on Thursday)
  • Booth weights: minimum 30 lbs per corner (50 lbs recommended)
  • NO stakes in the ground at Carrie Blake Park
  • Artisan vendors: must sell only the products that were juried
  • All sales must occur inside your booth

⏰ Hours & Setup

  • Booths must be set up and ready by 8:30 AM each day
  • Festival hours: Fri/Sat 9 AM–7 PM, Sunday 9 AM–5 PM
  • Restocking: 7:00–8:30 AM only
  • Load-In Thursday in assigned time shifts by booth number
  • One parking permit per booth; trailers cannot park behind booth

💰 Sales Tax & Permits

  • Must collect Washington State sales tax (8.9% Sequim rate)
  • Must have a valid Seller's Permit
  • ATM on-site ($20 bills only) — encourage customers to bring cash

🚫 Policies

  • No dogs in vendor booths (service dogs OK)
  • No smoking in vendor areas
  • Electricity: not available unless pre-arranged by June 1
  • No dry camping at the park
  • Family-friendly event — all products/content must be appropriate

Cancellation Policy

Application and jury fees are non-refundable. Booth fee cancellation deductions:

  • Before April 15: $25 cancellation fee
  • April 15–30: $75 cancellation fee
  • May 1–31: $200 cancellation fee
  • After June 1: No refund

Portable toilets with handicap-accessible stalls throughout the park.

Red Cross first aid station staffed by Clallam County Fire District #3.

Night Security

Private security patrols the park overnight during the festival.

Vendor Parking

One parking permit per booth. Vehicles must be parked by 8:30 AM.
